Electro Hydraulic thrusters are the driving control device of co***t struchurewhich integrate the motor,centrifugal pump and oil cylinder as a whole unit.They are widely used as the driving unit for various drum brakes and disc brakes and also applicable for various industrial valves,throttle valves,directional waging and rotation(Less than 90¡ã)devices ad clamping device.
Perfomance and Structure Characteristics:
1)Ed series electro hydralic therusters
a.Ed thrusters and their accessories are equally machined by NC machinging center,The optimum performances can be ensured by strict technological process,perfect means of measurements and reliable performance and service life test which are carried out from maching to assembling course.
b.The motor is manufactured by the vacuum potted technnology of EMG Comny of the previous Federal Republic of Germany.Non-immersion structure,F degree of insulation,good heat resistance,Long service life,good moisture and vibration proof properties,The three proof motor is suitable for the requirement of TH type,AH type and mixed type.
c.The cover of the terminal box of the motor is sealed with packing cable entry which is firm and reliable,Electrical protection degree is IP65.
d.The surface of motor spindle and push fod are equally specially treated which gredatly prolong the service life of the sealing elements.
e.A balanced air chamber is installed at one side of housing of the oil cylinder of Edthrusters which can be mounted within 0-180¡ãfor aplication.
2)Ed series electro hydralic therusters Attachments
The upper and lower limit switches can be set at the same time.
Upper limit switch:can indicate whether the brake is normally opened and the push rod moves to the specified position.
